From our dentists who have very little time to learn new software to our team members in their 80s, everyone learned to use BenchmarkONE and were up and running with very few issues. Simple, easy-to-use and great design...all perfect for our team!
We actually started using BenchmarkONE for one of our (Legal) marketing clients in 2016. I thought it worked really well, so we started recommending it to some of our other (Dental) marketing clients as well. We had to change our business structure and became a Dental clinic with an internal marketing department. BenchmarkONE was an easy carryover – and all of our team (admins, sales, and some doctors) now use it. We needed to make sure we had a tool that could easily be understood and used by all members of our team. Doctors, who don’t have time to dedicate to learning a new program, as well as our sales team who range in age from 30 to 85. Each member needed to easily navigate and add notes, track patients in the pipeline and keep track of communications.
Not only is BenchmarkONE easy for our team to use, but the interface is a clean, simple design – appealing to everyone. I sit with each team member and give them a quick overview and show them the training guides also available. At our weekly team meetings, I can address any questions, outline a new tool that I want the team to use, or we brainstorm different ways to use BenchmarkONE to make our communications better.
We had issues before about the status of a potential sale in our pipeline – and now it is easy with updating the status. The Tags section has also helped me organize the process to see who needs to be recalled and where we are with scheduling patients. We add “flight itinerary needed” or the month and year people need to be recalled. I pull a quick list and sort by the salesperson and it works really well.
Following the tasks has also been helpful. I can see where processes are breaking down – or are improving. We don’t lose track of people when we have the task list to refer to.
We had been working with other marketing clients that had used other programs. We had to find a more affordable option for them – but something they could use themselves. So, when we discovered BenchmarkONE, it seemed to be a no-brainer. Of course, it worked for other clients, and when we opened our own clinics, it was a natural fit.
I love the filters. I am able to pull a list for my salespeople and it helps keep them focused on who they need to contact and what their priorities should be. I also think the tasks list is excellent. Having it received first thing in the morning gets people started on the right foot. No guessing as to what they need to accomplish – and if they get distracted, it gets them a set point to go back to. I also love being able to see when people open the emails and how often. It really gives you an idea of how interested a potential patient might be in your services.
Our sales have definitely increased as our business has grown. However, we started with BenchmarkONE – so we don’t have a before and after. I do feel that it makes communication among our team members better and with so many leads we are easily able to track and close sales quickly.
It is easy to use. From our dentists who have very little time to learn new software to our team members in their 80s, everyone learned to use BenchmarkONE and were up and running with very few issues. Simple, easy-to-use and great design…all perfect for our team!
