As a non-profit, our greatest problem was getting the word out. We had so many great ways to allow companies and the greater community to get involved and I felt like we were missing a huge opportunity because we didn’t have the right sales and marketing tools in place.
Before BenchmarkONE we were using Salesforce and a host of other tools to try and communicate with our target audience, everything was scattered and disorganized. It was hard to remember who I talked to last and who I needed to follow up with when we had something new to communicate to them. Also, we had no way to specifically target the interests of each contact in our database. So everyone was getting the same thing and we weren’t getting great responses to our marketing efforts.
Using BenchmarkONE has been a lifesaver. It has really helped us to centralize everything into one place and enabled us to increase our awareness and stay out in front of people. We are now able to segment our database and communicate with each and everyone on a more personal level with the right message at the right time.
